We first met this wonderful family when we shot Nathan's senior portraits. We gushed about that guy. So, just extrapolate all of that gushing times six, and you have the Burgo Family. These people love each other--it is so wonderful to see. They chose to get their family photos taken at the Broadmoor Hotel, and it was such a beautiful autumn day...warmth in the air and among sisters, brothers, mother and father.
We have two boys, whom we absolutely love and adore. Our little family is nice and tidy in a world, as a friend once rightly pointed out, that is made for four. But sometimes it seems a little too nice and tidy, especially after spending time with the family we recently had the privilege of photographing. Brandon and Kim have four children under the age of six – it was a little crazy, a bit chaotic, but a ton of fun!
Ken's mother is turning 100 years old, so he is getting her a very special gift.
Anyone with children knows how fast they change. It's a change we often see in hindsight by looking at pictures of them from..."was that just a year ago?!" So fast.
